Now I’ve noticed that many people rely on the little knowledge they have about enforcement agents & debt collectors then use their imagination to fill in the gaps. This typically doesn’t help because we naturally picture the worst case scenario. But did you know there’s a difference between the two? Do you understand that you also have rights and there are rules they can’t break? Are you aware that bailiffs have regulators you can report them to? Did you even know that you can also take them to court for misconduct, intimidation, improper use of force etc.,? Grab yourself a cuppa…..this is going to be an interesting read.

DEBT COLLECTORS
Now when dealing with debt collectors, it is not advised that you ignore them. Tackle the issue head on. Otherwise, they will escalate the matter to court and get a default county court judgement (CCJ) against you which then triggers the next stage which is having to deal with bailiffs. Being in debt is not a crime and neither is it a death sentence. This financial system is corrupt & illegitimate. In the meantime, while we still have to cope with the realities of this system, there are some useful things you can do to challenge debt collectors. There is an excellent Telegram group called ‘Beat The Bailiffs’ which offers a wealth of knowledge concerning this.
